Park Hotel Group to Manage Farrer Park Hotel in Singapore
Park Hotel has been appointed to manage a 300-guestroom hotel located in a large mixed-use development in Singapore. The complex is to be completed in the beginning of 2015.
The new hotel will be located near Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station. The newly built accommodation will be located right in the centre of the so called “Little India” district. This part of the city has always been a traditional place of life of Indian community of Singapore.
Park Hotel Farrer Park will be located in a fast developing part of Singapore, so it is likely to attract both business and leisure travellers who want to find a quality hotel with great location and reasonable price tag. Guests of the hotel will have a great access to shopping and entertainment options of Little India. Due to its location and close proximity to the Farrer Park MRT station, it will also be easy to reach the Central Business District (CBO) from the hotel.
As Park Hotel is a Singapore-headquartered company, they hope their knowledge of the market will help them to make a successful hotel. Besides expanding in the home market, Park Hotel Group wants to increase its presence in China, Malaysia, and other regions of Southeast Asia.
