Swiss Design and Hospitality Come to Xi’an

The Chinese city of Xi’an has been chosen as the location of the flagship property by Swisstouches. Swisstouches Hotel Xi’an is distinguished by stylish modern design and well-known Swiss hospitality traditions.

The new hotel is located in Gaoxin, a quickly developing high-tech zone. Swisstouches Hotel Xi’an has 309 spacious guestrooms and 9 luxury suites. The design of the new hotel is developed by HBA, the main aim of which was to make a modern and convenient space with close attention to details and recognizable Swiss elements. The hotel’s lobby is made in white and is decorated with white stone columns. Seating areas are covered with custom blue rugs. The reception zone looks much different from the traditional desk and has a “pod” made of stone and glass.

The hotel in Xi’an is equipped with an open staircase which will take you to a mezzanine. The mezzanine’s design of ceiling represents Switzerland. The design of the ceiling has become the pattern for carpets in guestrooms. The hotel has a spa center located on the two floors of the hotel. The Spa features the main pool, pools with hot and cold water for dips, and private rooms with pools that are perfect for meetings and parties.

F&B options are represented by The Lord’s Home restaurant that serves both traditional Chinese and Swiss cuisine, a Noodle Bar prominent for over 150 varieties of noodles, and Swisstouches Café that works all day long.
