Okura Hotels & Resorts has recently purchased the new addition to its portfolio – Hotel Okura JR Huis Ten Bosch, which is located in Sasebo City in Nagasaki (Japan). The luxury chain has rebranded the existing ANA Hotel JR Huis Ten Bosch and now the 5-star accommodation works under the Okura brand.
The hotel is located just one minute away from the famous theme park Huis Ten Bosch. The park and resort is made in the medieval style and resembles a 17th century Dutch town. The hotel is simply the best destination for travellers who want to visit the popular resort. Nagasaki is located in Kyushu – the southernmost island of Japan.
The spokesman of Okura has already expressed his delight in the deal. The hotel is known as a prestigious and a unique property that attracts both domestic and international visitors. In future the hotelier hopes to become even more popular and high-rated thanks to signature services by Okura.
Currently the hotel in Nagasaki is passing through an extensive renovation. All 320 guestrooms of the hotel are to be upgraded with new design and new facilities. All restaurants and bars will be also remade. All works are to be completed until March 2013, but the hotel won’t be closed for reconstruction and will keep operating. In order to celebrate the conversion of the hotel and joining the Okura family, all visitors are encouraged to purchase special accommodation packages with discount. The packages can be purchased from April 1st to June 30. You will find the detailed information and reservation form on the official website of Okura hotels.
