The Paris-headquartered Louvre Hotel Group has published its plans for the nearest 4-5 years. The company plans to open as many as 35 hotels in Germany under its budget hotel brand Première Classe. The hotelier reveals it is particularly interested in opening hotels in Berlin, Cologne, Munich, Dresden, Frankfurt, Hanover, Stuttgart, and Hamburg. Louvre Hotel Group considers various variants of getting new hotels and plans either to open hotels in the existing buildings, or build new ones for its Première Classe accommodations.
According to Eric Huebbers, the development manager of the German branch of Louvre Hotels group, Germany remains one of the key markets for the company. The Première Classe brand mostly targets business travellers, and so that is why the company plans to open hotels in most important business centers across Germany. In order to open 35 hotels by 2018, Louvre Group has made agreements with several investment partners.
Première Classe is a popular European hotel brand by Louvre Hotel Group. Currently its network in the region enumerates 240 properties with 18,000 guestrooms.
