Mandarin Oriental hotel in Kuala Lumpur has just opened the new dining facility that will operate 24 hours a day. The restaurant, which is called Mosaic, has 148 seats and features interesting and visually attractive concept.
This dining facility serves both local and international cuisine. The restaurant is run by the famous Chef de Cuisine Raymond Abour Jeily. The restaurant is also equipped with live cuisine, so guests will be able to see how grilled food, tandoor, noodle and wok food is cooked. There is also a dessert bar with the largest choice of desserts able to fit even most hard-to-please guests.
The inner design was developed by the Japanese firm Spin Design Studio. The restaurant’s decoration has numerous influences from Perenakan culture, which is exposed in pewter lights, exclusive flooring, and walls decorated with mosaics. The restaurant’s windows feature amazing looks of KLCC Park.
The General Manager of Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur Pierre Barthes says they have tried to show all best sides of the local tradition and culture in the design of this dining facility.
