Rasisson Edwardian has decided to sell its hotel in Manchester. This was the only upscale property of the hotelier outside London.
The 5-star 263-key hotel is located on Free Trade Hall in Manchester. The sale will be conducted through Christie + Co. The hotel, which is often described as an iconic place, is located in a historic building. On the territory of this accommodation are located 2 restaurants and bars, a fitness center, an indoor swimming pool, lounge zone, and function space perfect for business meetings and conferences. Besides standard rooms Radisson Edwardian Manchester has 4 penthouse suites with stunning views of the city. Guests can also choose to stay one of the fantastic 18 al-fresco suites, each of which has its own garden.
According to Mr Davis, the director and location manager of Christie + Co, this sale has no chances to be unsuccessful. The company is sure such an iconic hotel in Manchester will attract much interest from both UK and international investors. This hotel is profitable and currently runs in its usual manner. All actions connected with the sale of this object will not influence its work.
The rough cost of this hotel is not yet known. Several months ago Radisson Edwardian also put up for sale its 4-star hotel in London. The starting cost estimated £37.5 million.
