Hyatt Will Manage a Hotel in Vienna

It has been announced that Hyatt Hotels Corporation will manage a hotel in Vienna. This has become possible due to agreement with Signa Holding Group, the owner of the building. The new Hyatt Hotel Vienna will be located in a newly renewed district of the city named Innere Stadt (First District). The hotel will be located in a historic building, which style perfectly fits Hyatt and its traditions of luxury that are proven by years. Vienna is the cultural and business center of the region, so there’s no wonder that such accommodation may become very popular. The new hotel is scheduled for opening in 2013. This will be the first Hyatt hotel in Austria and the seventh Hyatt accommodation in Europe.

As Stephen Haggerty, the head of real estate and development of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, mentions, the company is happy to bring its exceptional service and experience into a prime location of Vienna. The fact that the hotel will be located in an old building only adds special charm and unique character to the new hotel.

The new luxurious hotel will have 143 rooms, 35 of which will be suites. The hotel will be equipped with a dining restaurant, a lobby lounge, a bar, a cigar lounge, a fitness center and a spa. Hyatt hotel in Vienna will also have meeting facilities, and a conference hall. The interior design of the hotel is developed by two organizations – FG Stijl and Neumann & Partners.

First District is one of the most picturesque regions of the Austria’s capital. Am Hof square, which is located there, is even added to the World Heritage List by UNESCO. Near Park Hyatt Vienna are located Opera House, numerous museums and historic monuments. Guests of the hotel will be also able to visit best and most exclusive shops.
