It’s been announced that administrators have been finally chosen for Hotel Verta in London and its owner – Verta Properties. This is going to be Ernst & Young.
This occasion is the continuation of the case with Von Essen and its problematic accounting. Von Essen Hotels have been also put into administration and a report has been filled to London Police. This company is known as the owner of one of the most famous hotels in England located in the country. The company’s debt estimates £250m at the moment and there are concerns about how this debt has appeared. Both companies are connected with Mr. Davis, but no comments from him have been received so far.
Another property involved into this collapse is Cliveden hotel in Berkshire.
The complete chain of Verta Hotels is now put on the market by Ernst & Young. It is also told that the company’s accountants are in the process of talking to Christie & Co concerning the sale of Verta hotel in London.
