It has been reported that Rixos Hotels will flag a hotel in Dubai on Palm Jumeirah. The hotel will be a part of a mixed-use development that will also include a trading center and business space.
The hotel will open already this December. Rixos Palm Jumeirah will include guestrooms and fully-serviced residences intended for long-term stay. The hotel part of the development will have 204 rooms, while the wing with residence apartments will feature 112 residences. This is going to be the first hotel in the United Arab Emirates for the Turkey-based hotelier.
This year Rixos celebrates its 10th anniversary, so the opening of such 5 star accommodation as Rixos Residences Palm Jumeirah Dubai is definitely a huge step forward. As the company’s president Fettah Temince states, Middle East has always been a prospective market for many companies in Turkey and they are happy to mark their presence in the country.
At the moment Rixos Hotels has 8 hotels in its portfolio. All properties are located mostly in resort destinations and are either owned or managed by the Turkish company. These are hotels and villas in Ukraine, Turkey, Croatia, Libya and Kazakhstan.
