Business seems to go good for Best Western. The company has managed to add 6 hotels in the UK to its portfolio within just 3 months. This expands the total number of guestrooms in the country by 300. Overall number of guestrooms in the UK by Best Western estimates 15,000.
According to Keith Pope, the director of Best Western Great Britain, such raise in popularity and quick growth of the company’s portfolio is the result of the launch of “Hotels with Personality” program. The program was presented to publics in 2010 and this year was very successful for Best Western. Member hotels of Best Western system usually get big increase in sales and so there’s no wonder this attracts many hotel owners. Moreover, the company provides flexible approach to every hotel and marketing support, but owners of the hotels do not need to change designs of their accommodations according to the ‘philosophy’ of the brand. They are also free to run the business the way it’s most convenient for them.
Currently Best Western manages the following hotels in the UK: Best Western Regency hotel in Cheltenham, Best Western Summerhill Hotel & Spa in Aberdeen, Best Western Lancashire Manor hotel in Skelmersdale, Best Western Marina Hotel & Spa in Dover, Best Western Maitrise Suites Apartment hotel in West London, and Best Western Royal Adelaide hotel in Windsor.
