The previous owner of the 5-star El Rompido Golf hotel, Spain-based Set Hotels, sold this property using the services of Christie + Co. The sum of the deal is not disclosed.
The 184-key El Rompido hotel in Costa de la Luz (120 km away from Sevilla) was opened in 2003. The luxury hotel features a huge 36-hole golf course, a sports center, and many health and beauty facilities like outdoor pool, a beauty salon, a SPA center, Jacuzzi and more. The territory of the hotel is quite big, so it includes a restaurant, a supermarket, 2 conference rooms, a lobby bar and a poolside bar.
Precise Hotels Collection operates 10 hotels in Germany. The company plans to expand its business across Europe and sees Spain as one of its key markets.
