Hilton hotel in Valencia is a 304-key property in one of the most picturesque and the third largest city of Spain. The hotel changed its owner recently. The new owner of the accommodation is Paris-based company Continental Property Investment, which has purchased the luxury hotel in Valencia for an undisclosed sum. After the agreement it has been disclosed the new operating company for this hotel will be Sol Melia Hotels and Resorts.
This accommodation opened in 2007 and building costs estimated around €110 million. Hilton Valencia is known as the tallest building in the city. Advantageously located near Congress Hall, this hotel features two luxury restaurants, a high-quality bar, upscale Spa and health club, a gym, and even two pools. Here is also located the largest ballroom in the city, which can hold 800 people. 16 special rooms of the hotel offer working spaces enough for up to 170 guests.
The transaction was administrated by Christie + Co on behalf of Eurohypo. The managing director of the company foresees other deals with hotels in Spain due to growing demand to properties in this country because of raising trading performances.
