It has been announced that new hotel on the Yamu Peninsula of Phuket (Thailand) will be managed by Como Hotels and Resorts. This accommodation will be located in Phang Nga Bay and is scheduled for opening in autumn 2012.
Currently KS Group and Hotel Properties ltd., and Campbell Kane are involved into the development of the 129-key resort. Once the hotel in Phuket is built, Como will be responsible for sales, marketing, operating and branding of the new resort.
This resort on Phuket may become popular due its advantageous location. The hotel is just 20 minutes away from Phuket International Airport, so, according to the owners, it may become perfect for short vacations. Guests of this resort will be able to enjoy panoramic views of the Yamu peninsula and Andaman Sea. On the territory of the hotel will be located a 100-long swimming pool, 2 restaurants, a private beach, a yoga studio and much more.
