The Iberostar Club Cala Barca hotel in Majorca has reopened after a €18 million reconstruction. The renovations included reducing the number of rooms from 779 to 651 and enlarging the remaining rooms. Thus, today the hotel offers 651 stylish air conditioned rooms, including suites and junior suites. According to hosteltur.com, the complex consists of 25 individual two storey buildings located on the east coast of the island, near the Mondrago National Park.
The Iberostar Club Cala Barca located 60 km away from Palma de Majorca features a variety of world class amenities: a spa, massage service, four swimming pools, four tennis courts, water sports center, as well as snorkeling, scuba diving school and bike rental. Guests are also offered an extensive range of restaurants and snack bars, trade zone with shops and supermarkets, golf course and a new children's club.
In the near future the company also plans to reconstruct the Royal Cupido hotel also located in Majorca.
