The First Suite Novotel Hotel in Spain Will Be Erected in Malaga

Malaga resort city is going to be the first place to accept Accor's first Suite Novotel hotel in Spain. The new hotel in Malaga will join the brand's existing 26 properties owned by the company.

Located in downtown of Malaga, the hotel will feature 100 guestrooms. The new building will be finished by the end of this year.

Suite Novotel Paris Issy les Moulineaux – Accor's another pipeline project – will open in Paris. It is slated to join the group's portfolio in 2011. Frederic Josenhans, Senior Vice President Hotel Marketing, Accor, confirmed the company's goal to boost its portfolio up to 100 properties by 2015. He also noted that the hotels will feature fitness and business centers and provide free wi-fi Internet access.

Presently, most of the 26 Suite Novotel properties, room capacity totaling 3,317 rooms, are found in Europe: eighteen hotels in France, four in Germany, one in Austria and one in Luxemburg. The remaining two hotels are located in Marrakesh, Marocco, and in Dubai, the UAE.
