Park Plaza has just bought Park Royal, a building in London on 628 Western Avenue, for £6 million. It is already known that the company will turn it into a hotel that may greet its first guests already in June 2012. At that time the company will also pay the rest of the purchase sum as at the moment Park Plaza has just paid a 10% deposit.
The future hotel in London has a prime location in the central part of London. The hotel is located just opposite to the entrance to the Park Royal underground station. Not far away from the hotel there is another underground station – Hanger Lane. This makes the location of the property very beneficial as tourists will be able to reach all mains parts of London with ease. Such destinations as Heathrow Airport, Wembley Stadium, and Westfield Shopping Center can be reached by taking a short drive. The hotel also comes with two acres of land.
Park Plaza is a company specializing in purchasing and franchising hotels. It also manages its properties under its own brand. Currently the company is in the process of getting all needed permissions for the opening of this property.
