London Canary Wharf – A New Hot Spot on London Map

News If you’re planning to visit London this summer and do not know where to stay, take a look at the newly opened Novotel London Canary Wharf. The 39-storey hotel has much to offer to its guests and can impress even experienced travelers.

The new hotel features 313 guest rooms and 26 suites, nine posh meeting rooms, a restaurant and bar, and a New York-type gym and pool. The unusual starts right from the lobby where guests will see a staircase with copper vertical rods and a beautiful landscape wall with an artwork by Sam Peacock, a London artist. The whole check-in process is done via tablets.

Travelers, who choose guest rooms, will be able to admire warm colors with lots of natural wood, copper, golden and gray shades. Guests of suites will be pleased with a mini-bar, private concierge, and turn-down service. There are also several executive suites, which come with a private terrace. One more wall-size artwork by Peacock can be seen on the first floor of the hotel. This time, the artwork has a texture that is added by metal and ropes. The rest of the lounge is very comfortable and has special seating areas for guests. Novotel London Canary Wharf might become a popular meeting destination because of its stunning meeting rooms, many items for which were brought from the Canary Islands. Each of the nine rooms has its individual design. For example, the Silk Room has an oval chair surrounded by a silk curtain, while the West India Room features a dark design with stunning wooden and brass accents.

Dining is represented by Bokan 37 restaurant that occupies 3 floors. Guests can also grab coffee, snacks, and desserts at Canary Coffee cafĂ©. The hotel has a very interesting feature – a free library that allows guests to take books if they share some book in return.
