Dubai has always been known for its ambitious, “one of a kind” projects, and this one is no exception. Hotel guests will soon have a luxurious way to escape the desert heat and enjoy relaxation. Rosemont Hotel & Residences will offer truly something new. The hotel will feature a sand-free beach, stream and a 75,000 square foot (6,968 sq. m.) rainforest.
The rainforest will be a place where hotel guests will enjoy shade and humid air among tropical trees. The mist will be collected and then reused. This project will provide guests with ultimate comfort whole year long. Currently, there are not many places in Dubai where guests can completely escape from harsh summer temperatures. Rosemont will offer year-round outdoor space perfect for relaxation.
The cost of the project is US$550 million, and the complex is set to open in 2018. The two towers of the complex will include a 448 guestroom hotel and residential space in the other tower. The towers are located in the district of Al Thanyah. The lobby of the future hotel will also feature a skypool a 30-foot pool with stylish lightning for below. The pool will be located next to spa and health club. It is already known that the hotel and residences will be operated by Curio Collection by Hilton.
