Cachet Hotel Group (CHG), Hong Kong headquartered hotel company, announced the launch of its own lifestyle community. Named Cachet World, the community will help customers find most suitable hotels, resorts and even residences around the world. The community will start working in 2016. Cachet names their wish to democratize travel as the main reason for such a community. The company hopes Cachet World will draw attention of modern tourists who are keen on food, travel and design. Cachet promises to supply its new platform with technologies that offer personalized approach and service. Previously, service of such level could be reached only by luxury hotels with butlers.
The new lifestyle community will offer several key features. Social part of the community will let users upload photos, videos and their reviews. There will also be a team of experts who will provide outlook on newest trends in design, art, food, and social responsibility. Chinese travelers will also be able to join Cachet’s loyalty program. The hotelier will make its loyalty program available to customers from other countries in future. The next module of the community is dedicated to personalized hotel rooms search. Here guests can choose not only a room, but such features as branded bath, designer bed, body products and so on. Finally, residence search will help finding the most suitable villa, condo, townhouse or estate.
Members of the community can get personalized service with their mobile devices and get notifications via SMS. The app can be used to check-in and out, call room service and even adjust temperature in the rooms and more. Finally, food and beverage personalization will help members find best restaurants and bars in the selected area.
