NH Hotel Group is to add one more hotel to its NH Collection portfolio. The hotel in Rome will be located right in the heart of the city near the Termini train station, which provides access to numerous attractions, cultural sights and commercial destinations.
The new hotel is set to open closer to the end of the year. The 180 guestroom property is located on a historic site and gardens adjacent to the hotel feature Roman ruins dated 4th century AD. With opening of this hotel, global portfolio of NH Hotel Group will include 53 properties with the total of 8,000 guestrooms. This is also going to be the sixth hotel in Rome and tenth hotel in Italy by the NH Group.
The new NH Collection hotel in Rome is located in Piazza Cinquecento not far away from Termini central station. This is a historic heritage protected place with quick access to numerous places of interest. Moreover, Termini central station is one of most important transport hubs in Rome, which makes this hotel a good choice for business travelers. The palazzo, where the hotel will be located, is currently undergoing refurbishment and will be available for booking in the end of 2015.
The hotel will have 4 floors, a bar, a restaurant, meeting and business facilities, as well as large event room that can accommodate up to 350 people. The spacious outdoor garden adjacent to the hotel features the remains of the Servian Wall.
