Now guests of W Hong Kong hotel are able to enjoy new and healthy dining menu that is curated by famous yoga instructor Tara Stiles. Together with chefs, Stiles developed a healthy menu specifically for travelers who suffer from jet lag. Stiles says the idea to create such menu was born spontaneously and is based on her own experience and active lifestyle with many travels around the world.
The menu includes Tara’s Never Get Sick Soup, which is made from hot sauce, curry powder, coconut milk, yeast, ginger and red pepper flakes, as well as Thai papaya salad that is a blend of raw vegetables seasoned with lime juice, garlic and chili. The abovementioned ingredients are known to reduce the effect of jet lag.
This is not the first collaboration of Tara Stiles and W Hotels. The first partnership took place in 2014, when Stiles launched “Fit with Tara Stiles” a special series of in-room workout videos made exclusively for W Hotels. Guests were also provided by special tip cards to make workout process even more efficient. Modern travelers are very concerned about staying in shape regardless of time and place, so fitness on the road becomes very important. Simple and easy to use tips from Stiles help travelers maintain good physical condition.
