Consumers will deal with all kinds of devices and technologies to make their stay in restaurants more comfortable. This includes, for example, electronic table booking and pre-paying for dinners. More restaurants many add pay-for-table system, where guests will be able to buy “dinner tickets” just as they book airplane or train tickets.
When it comes to food, oysters are expected to become a popular choice in 2015. They are getting cheaper because of detoxification of bays and inlets. Finally, next year we may see big names come to the restaurant business. That is particularly true for fashion names like Ralph Lauren - companies try to diversify their business in that way and gain more attention to their main products.
