Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts decided to pumper its guests with a new program dedicated to food and wine. Called Four Seasons Hotels Food & Wine Festivals, the program will help guests enjoy masterpieces created by Four Seasons’ culinary teams around the world.
The first stage of the project is already over. For the whole week (September 1 to 7) guests of Four Seasons Hotel in Bangkok could participate in World Gourmet Festival that was a true feast for body and soul with numerous lunches, dinners, special cooking sessions and much more presented by famous chefs from different parts of the world. The event attracted such chefs as Paolo Casagrande from Barcelona, Hideaki Sato from Hong Kong, James Syhabout from Oakland, and Akrame Benallal from Paris.
The next stage of the program will take place at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai on October 22-25. Named Chef Fest, the program will take place at the resort for the fourth year straight. Hospitable resort will greet top chefs, who will show their talents in intimate beach setting. Guests will be offered to participate in daily master classes, try best food and even get closer with chefs in relaxed atmosphere, while enjoying a golf round with Ben Ford or yoga classes with Marco Canora and Amanda Freitag.
Finally, the last stage will be held on December 11 through 14 and will take place at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach. The Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival will be a big event that will gather in one place many famous chefs, winemakers, mixologists, culinary authors and other industry personalities. Guests will attend final grand tasting, cooking competitions, new cocktails, special five-course dishes with pairing wine, cooking classes for kids and much more.
