ClubCorp To Open Private Club and Boutique Hotel in Hangzhou, China
ClubCorp, the leading company in the area of private club hotels, plans to open a private club and boutique hotel West Lake Lu near Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. The beautiful resort will be located in the territory of 170,000 sq. ft. and will be built together with Zhejiang Construction Real Estate Development Group Co. Ltd. The resort will greet its first guests already this December, and ClubCorp will act as a managing organization of the property.
Both the parties have already expressed their delight with the deal. They promise Lu will be like no other resort in China. It will become a wonderful choice for business leaders and leisure tourists, including international travelers. The resort will become the 161st property operated by ClubCorp. The company manages club resorts in 25 states of the US, District of Columbia, China, and Mexico.
The resort will feature classical European style with a touch of Asian culture throughout the property. The building will include a hotel and a private club on the second floor. Members of ClubCorp will get access to premium services in this resort just like in other clubs managed by ClubCorp. The company also has partnership program with Mission Hills China, so members of ClubCorp are welcome to use country clubs, golf courses, sports academies, and spa centres worldwide and in China, in the cities of Haikou, Hainan and Shenzhen, Dongguan.
