Lebua, one of iconic destinations in Bangkok, Thailand, now will attract guests not only by its exceptional service, but also by new exclusive cocktails available in two bars - Café Mozu at Lebua Tower Club and Lebua State Tower. The new cocktails feature traditional drinks, but they taste nothing like old famous cocktails we all know as new cocktails in Lebua are intended to have new and unusual taste.
Among new unusual cocktails, guests can select, for example, Liquid Martini which is served at the temperature of liquid nitrogen. Another cocktail, Nitropolitan, contains such ingredients as Cointreau, Absolut 100, lemon splash and cranberry juice. These ingredients are shaken and then poured over a tea bag with dry ice and orange peel. Before serving, cotton candies are added to the cocktail as garnish. Guests are also recommended to try the Red Velvet Caipirinha. This cocktail contains Brazilian cachaca, orange muddled and a bit of Thai lime; the ingredients are muddled, churned and then topped with Shiraz red wine.
All the cocktails were prepared by own mixologist of Lebua hotels Ron Ramirez. Commenting new drinks, he mentioned they wanted to keep the original flavor of famous classic cocktails, but make them more modern and even a bit futuristic, so they would fit luxury setting of Lebua hotels.
