Soon IHG will debut with its brand new F&B platform that will be wellness themed. The theme “wellness” is a hot topic these days, so there is no wonder why so many hotels try to include more wellness offerings to their services. IHG has even a whole brand that is focused on wellness, Even Hotels, and now it plans to debut with new dining for that brand. New F&B concept will be mostly focused on food that is simple, natural, and is made of good ingredients.
In order to develop new food program, IHG collaborated with several prominent organizations, such as Vucurevich Simons Advisory Group, Founding Farmers Group and Founding Farmers restaurant, SPE Certified culinary consultants and other professionals to make a thorough analysis of the menu created by Cork & Kale. The hotelier checked nutritional properties of the food to make sure it will help guests stay healthy and energetic.
Some of the dishes have already been revealed. For example, morning menu features Salmon Board (the cost is US$9.28) that includes smoked salmon, toasted multigrain bagel, sliced boiled egg and other popular salmon accompaniments. In the afternoon, guests can order 4-Cheese Flatbread (the cost is US$11.98) with blue, asiago and mozzarella cheeses coupled with balsamic glaze and kale salad. The menu also includes various cocktails with fresh herbs and organic spirits. The food will also be available on grab-and-go basis.
The new dining concept will be available in all Even hotels, and will be offered in first hotels already this month.
