Hard Rock to Open Hotel in Ibiza

Hard Rock International, the owner of the world famous chain Hard Rock Café, will soon open its first European property. That will be Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza that will start operating already next week. The grand opening of the hotel will be held on June 13-14, and during the ceremony guests will see the performance of Grammy-Award artist Nile Rodgers from Chic.

The new hotel in Spain will also become the 20th hotel in Hard Rock portfolio. Hard Rock is known for its passion for music, and Ibiza is a famous center of many music styles, especially of electronic ones, and many renowned musicians give concerts there, so that is a perfect location for the first Hard Rock hotel.

Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza is located on a beautiful shore of Playa d’en Bossa. The hotel will offer not only excellent service, but also live concerts and DJ performances in different parts of the hotel and on a special outdoor terrace that can accommodate up to 2,500 guests. Summer lineup of the hotel includes such famous names as Ellie Goulding, Snoop Dogg, UB40 and Robin Thicke. The new hotel has 493 guestrooms and will offer all signature services of the brand. Among them guests will find Rock Spa with exclusive services such as modernized version of Swedish massage, Roxity Kids Club for children aged 3-12 with a special band and various musical activities throughout the hotel. Adult visitors are welcome to enjoy “The Sound of Your Stay” musical program – guests can order all kinds of musical instruments including Fender guitars, DJ mixing boards and much more. When hungry, guests will surely enjoy high cuisine in Sublimotion restaurant headed by two Michelin star chef Paco Rancero. Other dining options include Estado Puro that serves tapas, The Beach Club café with Mediterranean cuisine, The Ninth Sky Lounge, and 3rd Half bar and lounge. All guests of the hotel are given special RFID bracelets that enable electronic check-in and out, act as door keys, can be used to make payments and so on.
