Now guests of the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Hong Kong can enjoy something new in the recently opened “Exclusive 12” Lounge & Bar. The main concept of the bar is “high above the city” and its visitors will surely see that the concept is not just words. The Lounge & Bar is located on the 102th floor of the hotel, which is often called the highest hotel in the world. The bar offers a spectacular view of the city, and its huge floor to ceiling windows make the panorama even more impressive. Inside the bar, guests will find only 12 leather seats and a carved bar, so the atmosphere is quite intimate and relaxing.
All cocktails in the bar are served in Baccarat glassware, and exclusively for “Exclusive 12” bar mixologist Lewis Tsang has prepared a number of hotels, including signature drinks. For example, the Hanada martini is a cocktail, which receipt was inspired by a field of flowers. The cocktail is a blend of floral gin, elderflower liqueur, parfait amour, and Earl Grey foam. Another signature cocktail, Mr. Song, is served on a rock ice sphere and contains whiskey sour with black truffle and ginger flavor. Snow Finch is served in a Baccarat Champagne flute and contains elderflower, lemon and lychee flavors.
The bar will also serve selected premium snacks that were carefully chosen by chefs of the hotel. At Exclusive 12 guests are welcome to order quail eggs with French caviar, Iberico ham, duck foie gras terrine and other delicacies. The bar works from 7p.m. till midnight, and starting from 8p.m. till 11:45 guests will enjoy live jazz music.
