The Mira hotel in Hong Kong has added new coffee break options for its MICE services. Different menus have different names and feature different food.
The first one, Yum Cha Bites, features traditional food made by Cuisine Cuisine restaurant chefs. The menu contains ha gao (dumplings with shrimp) and cold crystal pork with cucumber and XO sauce. The next menu, Fashion Plate, is not only about food, but also about style and beauty. The menu features savory snacks and desserts pancake with Peking duck and spicy lollipops with espelette pepper. Chic Sensation is a creative menu with black caviar corners and desserts hanging from a tree. In this menu business guests will also find delicious crispy baskets with calamansi curd.
Clients, who enjoy afternoon tea, may prefer COCO Creation. This menu contains COCO designer cupcakes, a chocolate fountain and colourful breads with canapés. Feel Electric menu has the feeling of Hong Kong nightlife. It contains drinks that are served in bulb-shaped glasses and comes with tempura enoki, aranchini and yuzu-vodka tart. Fans of street food will certainly like Urban Hong Kong. This menu includes Hong Kong egg waffles, curry fish balls offered on bamboo sticks, mango pudding and Macau egg tarts. Finally, Out & Uplifted menu is a “spa break”. This menu includes bird’s nest, lobster and salmon with lily bulb. Out & Uplifted is available in vegetarian form, which includes bruschetta with halloumi cheese and homemade chutney.
All the menus can be customized and tailored to specific restrictions, such as halal, vegan food or gluten-free dishes.
