New Kids Menu in InterContinental Hotels
Next year, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts will debut with new menu for small visitors. The menu is intended to not only provide healthy food but also educate children as they will learn a lot about the world.
The menu was developed by two experts – Annabel Karmel, who is a famous expert in children’s food, and Theo Randall, who is chef patron at the InterContinental London Park Lane. They both developed dishes that look good, are fun to eat and are nutritionally balanced. The new menu will start appearing in InterContinental hotels starting from January, and by the end of June 2014 it will be available in all InterContinental hotels around the world.
According to creators of the menu, children and their parents will be surely delighted with the new menu. Dishes come in unusual flavors and tastes that deliver truly great opportunity to try something new and explore exciting meals. InterContinental is sure that the new menu is exactly what young families are searching for.
The menu is based on the principle of “food exploration” - children will find the process of eating truly intriguing. This is fun and game at the same time, but the strong point of the menu is that it is nutritionally balanced and will keep young travellers healthy when they’re away from home.
