It is reported that the restaurant will organize the first event already this month, and guest chefs will attend the hotel monthly until May 2014. Jean-Yves Leuranguer, who is head chef of all dining facilities in Hotel Fouquet’s Barriere, together with Christophe Schmitt, Le Diane’s head chef, will work together with guest chefs and help them create true culinary masterpieces.

Petrossian Caviar House will become the place where Jun Yukimura (head chef of the 3 Michelin stars Azabu Yukimura restaurant in Tokyo) will show off his skills. Enrico Crippa (chef at Piazza Duomo in Alba, Italy, awarded with 3 Michelin stars) will work in Perrier-Jouet Champagne House. Visitors of the restaurant can also enjoy an unusual “all chocolate dinner” prepared by Philippe Urraca, who is awarded with the title of “Meilleur Ouvrier de France chocolatier”, which is the highest title for chocolate creators. Finally, in Alain Milliat Juice, Nectar and Jam House visitors will enjoy delicacies by 3 Michelin stars chef Emmanuel Renaut and 2 Michelin stars chef Philippe Etchebest.
