Four Seasons Enters Korea

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, which is also known as one of leading companies in luxury segment, has announced its debut in South Korea. The company plans to open Four Seasons Hotel in Seoul in spring 2015. The hotel is already under construction. The famous hotelier will open this property together with Mirae Asset Global Investments, the undoubted leader on the real estate market of Korea.

The new hotel will have a fantastic location in the heart of the Central Business District. This part of Seoul is home to numerous shops, boutiques, historic sights, institutions, and offices of governmental and private organizations. The hotelier hopes that the new hotel will attract both domestic and international visitors.

The hotel will be located in a 25-storey building with 7 underground floors. The property occupies a plot of land of 4,117 sq. m. in Sejongo Square. Once ready, the hotel will have 317 spacious guestrooms, business and meeting facilities, top quality restaurants, and a modern fitness centre. The hotel’s design is developed by several crews of renowned designers from all over the world. According to Four Seasons, they see their main guests as international executives who travel to Korea for business purposes. Therefore, food outlets will be made to fit requirements of business guests and restaurants will be a perfect place for meetings.
