Two “All Inclusive” Brands by Hyatt

Hyatt Hotels Corp. has decided to step into a new field and offer hotels with popular “all-inclusive” service. Especially for this purpose, the world famous hotelier will launch two new hotel brands – Hyatt Ziva and Hyatt Zilara.

The two new hotel brands have different positioning. The Hyatt Zilara hotels will focus on adult visitors, while the Hyatt Ziva accommodations will be family oriented. The name “Zilara” comes from the word “exhilarate”. Zilara hotels will offer their visitors a bunch a new experiences and activities. First Hyatt Zilara hotels are set to open in Jamaica and Mexico. Both the hotels in Mexico will be rebranded properties. The Royal Cancun hotel will be rebranded as Hyatt Zilara Cancun, and Barcelo Los Cabos will start working as Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos. The hotels will open closer to the end of this year. First hotel in Jamaica will open a bit later, in the beginning of 2014. This will be the Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort & Spa Rose Hall hotel in Jamaica that is to be renamed as Ziva Rose Hall Jamaica. The hotelier plans to add more hotels to the new chains in 2014 and 2015.
