A spice concierge, who is an expert in Thai spices, also chooses a “spice of the month” and organizes a series of events dedicated to it. For example, upon their arrival, guests of the hotel are treated with free complimentary drinks with the chosen spice. The drinks are served in both arrival pavilion and all six restaurants of the hotel. By the way, the hotel’s restaurants are supplied with special cool-down hand towels that have the flavour of the month’s spice.
