If you’re an early bird and like fishing, you will certainly like the idea of fishing and then enjoying the meal cooked from whatever you caught. Moreover, the meal will be cooked by a professional and skilled chef!
Starting from late August, Badrutt Palace hotel opens “The Early Fish Package”, during which guests will fish and then have this fish for supper in Chesa Veglia restaurant. Guests will go fishing with the hotel’s chef de cuisine Andrea Panatti. If you want to participate in the new program, you have to be an early bird because the fishing trip starts at 6 a.m.! You will go together with Andrea Panatti, who will accompany you during the six hour trip, share his fishing tips and secrets, and will even provide you with an “angler’s packed lunch”. Whatever you catch that day, it will be used to cook a special dish for you. The dish is not known and at any time that will be a surprise dish prepared for a particular customer.
