A Vineyard Resort is to Open in Tagaytay

News Global Estate Resorts Inc. (a company owned by tycoon Andrew Tan) is preparing something really special. The company will open a resort dedicated to wine in Tagaytay, Philippines.

The first vineyard resort community in Philippines will be called Twin Lakes. It will cover a huge area of 1,149 hectares not far from beautiful Taal Lake. The huge resort will offer accommodations of different styles – townhouses, residential villas, condominiums, and a hotel. Its territory will also include sports and leisure facilities, retail space, and business facilities.

Twin Lakes is a vineyard that specializes in growing grapes and making fine Philippine wine. This is a place with beautiful nature and wonderful climate, so the resort’s creators think it will surely attract many visitors from all over the world, and numerous commercial centres, entertaining facilities and great design will help to bring life to that distant place. Tagaytay is known for its rugged ridges, and the new resort will be built to maintain that beauty.

Currently, the resort has the vineyard – a 177 hectare large area with growing grapes and a winery. The territory also includes a chateau, a spa centre, a hotel, several townhouses and a special venue for weddings. The resort will also get four new residential villages that are currently under construction. These villages will be called Domaine Le Soleil, Domaine Le Jardin, Domaine Du Lac, and Domaine Le Montagne. There will also be a special condominium with luxury apartments with one or two bedrooms. It will be called The Vineyard Residences. Retail and commercial hubs (Lakeshore Town Center and The Village) are also not yet built. Finally, a brand new 15-kilometer road that will connect the resort with Talisay Road will be one of the major developments of Twin Lakes.
