Ascott will enhance its presence in the city of Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, already this year. The company has announced the opening of two hotels in this megalopolis.
The first one will be Somerset Vista Ho Chi Minh City, a complex of 100 serviced residences. The complex will be part of The Vista, an upscale residential complex built by Thien Duc Trading Construction Co. Ltd. The residential apartments will start operating already this December. The second property in the city managed by Ascott is Vista Residences. This 168-unit property will be leased already this month. Together with these properties Ascott only improves its strong position of the largest international serviced residence operator on the hotel market of Vietnam. Currently Ascott manages 11 hotels in Hanoi, Danang, Ho Chi Minh, and Hai Phong. The total number of residences in operation is more than 1,600.
Somerset Vista Ho Chi Minh City and Vista Residences will be located close to the business center of the city – in the precinct of An Phu Ward. It is very easy to reach the district from such transportation hubs as the East-West Highway, and the Hanoi Highway. Close to the residences visitors will find many large supermarkets and trading centers (An Phu Supermarket, the Metro Hypermarket) and several well-known educational facilities (International School of Ho Chi Minh, the British International School Ho Chi Minh City, and Australian International Saigon School). The Vista complex is also connected to retail outlets, office space, and a clinic. Both the residence complexes feature apartments of different size from two to four bedrooms. All the apartments are fully furnished and have a kitchen, a living area, and a work area. Guests of the residences are welcome to attend a swimming pool, a fitness center, a playground for children, a tennis court, a golf putting, and a sauna with Jacuzzi.
