Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts, a popular Swiss hotelier, has just recently opened its first property in the Middle East – the hotel in Mecca, but it has already announced another project in the region. This time it will be Swissôtel Jadaf hotel in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates. The property is to greet its first guests in 2016.
The new hotel will be just 5 minutes away from the airport of Dubai. Swissôtel property will be located in Al Jadaf area in a newly built building. This is a mixed use development that is currently under construction. The complex will house 3 hotels, serviced apartments, residences, retail boutiques and entertainment facilities. Al Jadaf district is located close to the Latifa Hospital and to the biggest children’s hospital in the Middle East that is also currently in the process of building.
Swissôtel Al Jadaf will be a modern accommodation, the design of which will be developed in accordance with the Emirati architectural traditions. The hotel will have 280 guestrooms and suites, the signature Purovel Spa, an all-day dining restaurant and additional three specialty restaurants.
Swissôtel’s spokesman has already expressed delight with the new project telling they have always wanted to open a hotel in Dubai. Thanks to the increase in the number of visitors who value the elegance of Swissôtel hotels, they can expand their business in the UAE.
