IHG to Open Luxury InterContinental Hotel in Dubai Marina

InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), which is also known as the largest hotel group in the world by number of guestrooms, has announced the opening of posh InterContinental Dubai Marina already in 2013. The property will be opened in accordance with the agreement between the hotelier and Dubai-headquartered developer Select Group.

Located in urban Marina area, the property will offer both guestrooms and residential suites for long stay. The hotel will greet its guests already in the end of 2013, and it is like to become a popular spot due to its beneficial location near Jumeirah Beach Residences. Windows of the guestrooms will feature stunning looks of the Marina. The hotel in Dubai will have 132 guestrooms and 196 InterContinental Residential Suites. The suites will include studios and apartments with one, two, three, and four bedrooms. The territory of the hotel will also include eight restaurants and bars, and even a large, 600 sq. m. night club.

In addition to excellent food options the hotel will offer its guests to visit a health club, an outdoor swimming pool, and pool deck. Business travellers will certainly appreciate a wide array of facilities created to meet their purposes, such as meeting rooms, a boardroom, and other rooms that can accommodate up to 100 people.

IHG is very delighted with the deal as InterContinental hotel will be located right in the heart of the Dubai Marina and the three tower of the development simply cannot be unnoticed. The hotelier plans to make it a popular destination for both leisure and business travellers, who will be attracted by high quality service and close proximity to all major department stores, malls, and business centres.
