Ahn Luh to Open its Second Hotel in China

The Ahn Luh Hotel Management Co. has signed its second contract for managing a hotel in China. The Beijing-headquartered company founded by legendary hotelier Adrian Zecha is to open a hotel on Xunliao Bay that is located not far away from Shenzhen.

The 100 guestroom hotel is expected to open in 2016. The property is owned by Huidong County Daya Bay Delta Island Club and Ahn Luh will act as a managing organization. The hotel will be located on Delta Island that is approximately 2.5 hours away from Shenzhen. The hotel will be positioned as a property run by independent group specializing in traditional Chinese design and services. Ahn Luh tells it will be faithful to its roots, but will certainly add modern influences to its properties.

The hotel, which total square is 20,000 sq. m., will feature a wide range of facilities. Its territory will include an all-day dining restaurant that will serve Asian cuisine, a bar at the beachside, a special spa center, an Ahn Luh library, a tai chi center and much more.

The first hotel of Ahn Luh, Ahn Luh Dujiangyan, was announced this May. The property will be located in Sichuan province near UNESCO World Heritage site.
