Como Hotels and Resorts has announced the launch of its new luxury brand. This brand will be used for nine new properties of the hotelier. Each of these hotels will have an individual name that will be followed by the words “by COMO”. The hotelier has even launched new website and started a blog about the new brand.
This month Como Hotels and Resorts, which is founded by Singaporean entrepreneur Christina Ong, will open the first property under the new brand. This will be Uma by Como hotel in Punakha. The next hotel will be located in Phuket and will be opened in 2013. Other properties are currently under development.
The all new website of the brand offers much information, staring from destination guides and profiles of chefs to fully downloadable recipes of Como Shambhala Cuisine. According to the blog of the brand, it will cover all main aspects of “by COMO” – Wellness, Adventure, Cuisine, Culture, and Lifestyle. “Tales from the Front Desk” section offers interesting stories from life of hotels, and “Out and About” section is devoted to various destinations and currently throws light upon popular London shopping sites and best areas for diving in the Maldives.
All hotels of the brand will be also equipped with signature Shambhala wellness facilities.
