Hyatt Hotels Corporation has just announced the new food & beverage concept that will be applied to all properties of the company worldwide. The motto of the concept is “Food. Thoughtfully Sourced. Carefully Served.”, which means the famous hotelier will pay its attention on different aspects of food preparation and serving. According to the company, they want to improve the way their food is served and offer only food that is good either for Hyatt guests or for our planet.
According to Hyatt, they are the only company that worries about food and beverages at such extent. The company will control food and beverages starting from operational level and up to feedbacks of guests. In future Hyatt properties will work to provide more options for their guests, and, thus, fit their lifestyles, making customers feel more comfortable.
The hotelier has also revealed some information about the new concept. The company plans to make optimal portions of dishes offered in Hyatt’s restaurants. All dishes are to be made from natural ingredients and cooked with techniques that preserve maximum nutrients. Guests of hotels will be able to taste natural meat without any antibiotics and growth hormones, organic and gluten-free food, beverages sweetened with all-natural ingredients, milk that is free of hormones, and real fruit juice. Vegetarian menu is also available. The second filed of attention is long-term health of people and our planet. Guests will be offered to east seafood dishes, pork and beef raised in a natural way, greenery from on-property gardens, large use of recycling materials and new to-go containers. Finally, the hotelier promises to support local communities by making purchases from local suppliers and sponsoring farmers’ markets and other activities.
