Ayla Will Open New Hotel in Al Ain, the UAE
Ayla Hotels & Resorts together with Bawadi Mall (a part of Nael & Bin Harmal investment group) will open Ayla Hotel in Al Ain. The new property will start working in the beginning of 2013.
The new hotel, which will have 100 guestrooms and suites, will provide its visitors with reasonable rates and high quality service. The hotel will be located in the territory of Bawadi Mall, so among its visitors will be either leisure tourists or business travellers. The owners of the hotel in Al Ain foresee the majority of visitors of the new property will be from GCC countries.
Al Ain is currently quickly developing its hospitality center, but due to lower popularity comparing to other renowned destinations of the UAE the city is distinguished by economical hotel rates and world-class services. The owners of the hotel hope Al Ain will get sufficient popularity in the nearest future thanks to its prices and proximity to such popular cities as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the Sultanate of Oman.
Bawadi Mall will be one of the largest trading centers in the UAE and the biggest one in the city of Al Ain. The hotel will be located near a huge Bawadi Mall food court and will be distinguished by a unique retractable roof that will be used in winter. The hotel will feature modern urban design and will be equipped with a health club, a restaurant and a lounge, a swimming pool, various sports facilities, a meeting hall and internal parking.
