Regent Will Open a Hotel in Montenegro

Regent Hotels and Resorts will open the first hotel in Montenegro located on the new marina region on the coast of Montenegro. The project, which will contain several hotels and other entertainment facilities, is designed by Reardon Smith Architects. The building of the luxury accommodation has already started and the hotel is expected to start operating in the summer of 2014.

The full name of the hotel is Regent Porto Montenegro. This will be a beautiful building with 34 large guestrooms and 46 fully serviced apartments. These apartments can be bought and either kept all year round or returned into rental pool when owners do not live in them. On the territory of the hotel will be also organized 2 spa penthouses with four bedrooms each, a plunge pool, and sea-facing wings.

The design of the hotel and residences is made by Pisano Atelier and features modern sleek look with influences of traditional Montenegrin design. The marina will be also expanded. Now it has 185 berths, and by the end of the reconstruction it will have 370 berths. There will be also 50 spaces for yachts 45 meters long and longer, and new facilities for superyachts.

Porto Montenegro is a beautiful piece of nature that has great potential of becoming an internationally famous leisure rest destination of world class. A former naval base is being turned into a luxury marina town for already 4 years.
