Accor, which is also known as the largest hotelier in Indonesia and whole Asia Pacific region, will soon introduce its third Pullman hotel in Indonesia. The company is reported to convert Hotel Nikko in Jakarta into Pullman Jakarta. Prior to this the property will undergo a major renovation.
Pullman is an upscale brand that is mostly designed for business travellers and, thus, the hotel is equipped with all modern technologies and fits even strictest requirements.
The hotel in Jakarta may start operating in the middle of 2013. Besides refurbishment and renovation of guestrooms, Accor will change the hotel’s lobby and its restaurants. Some new facilities will be added in the new Pullman hotel. Among them are a ballroom, and event space that can accommodate up to 1000 guests. Accor plans to keep developing its hotel network in Indonesia, so more new hotels are expected to be opened. As it has been mentioned, Pullman Jakarta is the third Pullman hotel in Indonesia after Pullman hotel in Bali and Pullman Jakarta Central Park.
Pullman hotel brand is described by the concept of “3 C” – Conviviality, Calm, and Connectivity. This means the guests of the hotel are provided excellent service, they can stay in a calm and relaxing environment, and the hotel is equipped with all communication systems that help tourists to stay in touch at any time. Currently the network of Pullman hotels encounters 70 properties around the world. 23 hotels out of these 70 work in Asia Pacific region. The hotelier says it has ambitious plans about the developing of this brand in Asia Pacific and plans to have as many as 100 Pullman hotels by the end of 2015.
