New Missoni Hotel in Doha
Missoni is a well-known brand in the world of fashion, but this is also a chain of unique luxurious hotels in most sought after locations of the world. The Rezidor Hotel Group, which is also known as one of the fastest growing international hoteliers, has announced the opening of a new Missoni hotel in Doha, Qatar. The hotel will be opened under the agreement with Al Jassim Group and is expected to start working closer to the end of 2015.
The hotel will be designed by Rosita Missoni and will have 200 guestrooms and 70 serviced apartments. It will have a beneficial location right in the central part of Doha – along C Ring Road. The hotel is just 10 minutes away from the International Airport and features simple access to the WestBay area. Guests of this hotel will have direct access to all major entertainments of Doha. Of course, the hotel itself will provide guests with numerous leisure activities. Dining facilities will be represented by Cucina, a signature Missoni restaurant dedicated to Italian food, one more restaurant, a lounge in the hotel’s lobby, a bar at the poolside, and Bar Missoni. Guests are welcome to attend a huge 800 sq. m. Spa and fitness area. Business facilities are represented by a business center, a grand ballroom, and meeting space.
Qatar, which is known for its prosperous gas, real estate, service and medical industries, is distinguished by healthy economic environment, and so the opening of a luxurious hotel like Missoni has many benefits. Nowadays many hoteliers look at Qatar as it will host the FIFA World Cup 2022, and this fact is a significant reason for the increase of tourism. Missoni hotels already work in Edinburg and Kuwait City. There are also several properties in the pipeline. These are the hotels in Turkey, Oman, Mauritius, and Brazil.
