A popular accommodation - Hotel Majestic, Sansicario in Turin, Italy – now has a new owner. Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels sold it to Bluserena S.p.A., which is an Italian hotel operator specializing mostly in midmarket accommodations. The hotel in Turin will also change its name and will operate under the Bluserena Clubs & Hotels brand.
The 145-key resort is a popular destination for those tourists, who want to find a quality ski resort in a popular district of Sansicario. Currently this region is undergoing a re-launch that may make it even more popular among tourists, and this hotel may become a great choice for visitors thanks to wide selection of ski facilities and presence of all modern services like a fitness center or a spa, a mini-club, an indoor pool, a large restaurant and even its own parking. The hotel was built as a part of preparations to 2006 Winter Olympic Games, which took place in Piedmont.
The new owner plans to make investments to renovate the property and make it more attractive to tourists.
