The internationally famous hotelier has selected its best hotels’ restaurants in Europe and awarded them according to several categories.
The competition was based on 4 main disciplines – culinary, bar, pastry, and service. Initially over 200 properties across Europe participated in the competition. Then their number was decreased to 50 finalists, from which judges selected several winners.
Best Culinary
The examinees had to prepare sea scallops with Chanterelle mushrooms, main dish – beef filet, celeriac and Savoy cabbage.

Here participants were asked to prepare Classic Negroni cocktail and one more cocktail from the local area of hotels.
