Hilton Awards Its Best Restaurants in Europe

Are new culinary experiences a part of your travelling program? If so, don’t forget to miss visiting the restaurants mentioned in this article as they have been carefully checked and awarded by Hilton. The internationally famous hotelier has selected its best hotels’ restaurants in Europe and awarded them according to several categories.

The competition was based on 4 main disciplines – culinary, bar, pastry, and service. Initially over 200 properties across Europe participated in the competition. Then their number was decreased to 50 finalists, from which judges selected several winners.

Best Culinary
The examinees had to prepare sea scallops with Chanterelle mushrooms, main dish – beef filet, celeriac and Savoy cabbage.

Silver – Hilton hotel in Prague
Bronze – London Hilton on Park Lane

Best Bar
Here participants were asked to prepare Classic Negroni cocktail and one more cocktail from the local area of hotels.

Best Pastry
Here chefs could turn their creativity on and create a dessert that contains specified ingredients, such as a cake, figs, almonds, chocolate, and so on.
