RCI, a part of Wyndham Worldwide and one of the most successful companies in the area of vacation exchange, has reported the signing of two new management deals. The company will run Patong Bay Garden Resort in Thailand and Hon Tam Resort & Spa in Vietnam. Together with these deals the portfolio of the hotelier in Asia increases up to 158 properties.
This year is full of new deals for RCI. In 2011 the company announced the management of Huangshan Grandview Resorts and Xing Yao Shui Xiang Resort. Both properties are located in China.
As Adrian Lee, the managing director of the company, states, these new management agreements signify the growing interest to this part of the world, as well as right approach to business. RCI offers an innovative timeshare exchange product and both Thailand and Vietnam are popular destinations on the international level.
Hon Tam Island is an eco-green place located in the middle of the famous Nha Trang Bay. Hon Tam Resort & Spa will greet visitors with crystal clear water and a pristine beach with private access. This resort will consist of 49 bungalows built in traditional Vietnamese style. On the territory of the resort will be located a spa center, a golf court, a fitness center, a center for kids, tennis courts, and various water ports and scuba diving.
The second property, Patong Bay Garden Resort, is located on a famous Patong Beach in Phuket, Thailand. The hotel will have 71 guestrooms designed in a classic style with Thai references. This resort will be targeted either at family rest or at couples and will offer a retail outlet, a beauty salon, a spa center, and various dining options.
