The Singapore hotel group Pan Pacific has presented the refreshed images of its main brands – Pan Pacific and Parkroyal. The new images will be spread to all 30 properties of the company around the world.
In order to make hotels’ image more attractive to visitors, Pan Pacific has consulted with Interbrand agency that specializes on branding and brand consultancy. Hundreds of customers from the company’s key markets – China, North America, Australia and Singapore – have participated in the study.
The main motto for the company’s properties under the Pacific brand now sounds like “Your refreshing Pacific experience”. The motto includes the innovative approach to the rest in this region and new interpretations of traditional dishes of Pacific cuisine.
The new characteristic of Parkroyal brand is “Your Trusted Loyal Companion”. This word combination is centered on main ‘strengths’ of the brand – modern comfort, connection to local traditions and unchanged quality of service.
Together with the new mottos both brands got new advertising campaigns and visual images. The first properties to test the refreshed brands will be 5 hotels that are currently under construction. These are Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Ningbo (China), Parkroyal Taihu hotel in Suzhou (China), Pan Pacific hotel in Ningbo, Parkroyal Serviced Suites Green City in Shanghai, and Parkroyal hotel in Singapore.
